Drinking Tea for Healthy Hair and Body Results




We are what we eat and drink, I've heard over the years. Once I started having health problems, I began to realize that my food and drinking choices could change my health issues. So, I experimented with pulling inflammatory foods from my diet. When my scalp had pins and needle sensations, I added fenugreek and hibiscus teas to my soap and diet.
